The author of the collection is the chief winemaker with 30 years of experience, Boyan Borisov. More than 100 blends were made before the best ones were selected and included in the collection.

Unique recipes of the Author. Two grape varieties are combined in each position.
On the one hand, the Author focuses on the aroma and taste of the main variety, and on the other hand – he expands the aromatic palette by using an additional variety, making the wines more complex and multifaceted. The names of the grape varieties are placed in the names of the positions, for example, Cabernet-Pinot Noir or Chardonnay-Sauvignon. -
Only ripe, hand-picked grapes are scrupulously selected for the Author’s wine.

To obtain the maximum concentration of useful substances, aromas and tastes, the technology of harvest control is used, according to which, even in the green form, most of the bunches are cut from the grapevine. Thus, the grapes, left to ripen, receive the maximum amount of useful substances, and the future wine will be full-bodied, powerful and rich in taste and aroma.
