Ukrvinprom has added Chardonnay and Pinot Noir by TM VILLA UA to the list of the best wines of Ukraine.
Recently, the 5th national wine-making forum was held in Ukraine, within the framework of which a closed wine tasting was held, organized by the Ukrvinprom Corporation. According to the results of this tasting, a list of the best wines of Ukraine was compiled, two positions of Villa UA were among the winners at once: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay!
The tasting commission included more than 50 highly qualified specialists of the wine industry from almost all wine-growing regions of Ukraine, representatives of central executive authorities, leading scientific and educational institutions, as well as professional sommeliers.

The value of the victory of CHARDONNAY is that the tasting was conducted in a “blind” format, this fact proves the objectivity and impartiality during awarding points. In addition, a control purchase of samples, participating in the competition, was conducted by the organizers, this procedure again confirms that the wines, which were tasted within the competition, are similar with those ones, which are presented in the free sale. Using this simple formula, the CHARDONNAY wine TM Villa UA scored 88.3 points topping the list of winners.

TM Villa UA has received a special status – “Choice of Ukraine 2018”. TM Villa UA, ahead of more than 50 competitors, received high ratings from consumers, professional experts and representatives of the organizing committee.
It should be noted that the independent national competition “Choice of Ukraine” has existed since 2013. It is held annually in order to determine the leaders of the economy among Ukrainian enterprises. The winning company can refuse to award, but the right to the status of the title “Choice of Ukraine” is not transferred to anyone – the award is awarded to the nominee solely as a confirmation of the positions according to the conducted research.

At the IV Ukrainian tasting competition “Variety and Terroir”, which was held on March 16 in Odessa, 2 positions of Villa UA TM at once: Cabernet and Merlot – received the highest marks from the competition jury in the corresponding categories.
The organizers of the competition – the Ukrainian Association of Winemakers and Sommeliers, set a goal to confirm the influence of the terroir on the quality of wine and determine the best of them in their nominations. The winners were determined by a “blind” tasting during which 15 judges (including the best sommeliers), technologists and winemakers of Ukraine, put up their assessments of the presented samples.
Silver medal according to the results of the tasting competition “UKRAINE WINE & SPIRITS AWARDS”
